cmd.exe

By command line inetcpl.cpl triggers internet options window.

Are there any advance options of inetcpl.cpl available from command line?

Tab selection, i.e Content tab.
Launch new window from internet option, i.e Certificate windows.

Would appreciate if anyone could tell me if it's feasible or show me the right direction.

Info: I would like to run a .bat file to open Internet Options' Certificate Window.
